Retourenmanagement: Du koordinierst den Warenaustausch sowie die Rücksendung von Kommissionsware.
Logistik & Zoll: Du erstellst die notwendigen Versand- und Zolldokumente, verpackst die Rücksendungen und kontrollierst die geprüften Retouren.
Finanzielle Abwicklung: Die Bearbeitung von Gutschriften und Ersatzlieferungen liegt in deiner Hand.
Qualifikation: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation).
Sprachkompetenz: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (internationale Kommunikation).

Supplier Correspondence: You will handle communication with our international suppliers regarding complaints, including the evaluation of goods.
