What's exciting about the role

The Chargeback Analyst is will manage the Chargeback & Refund Process to ensure the operational flow for our company’s commercial activity.

Main responsibilities

• Solve chargeback/dispute requests, as well as refund requests.
• Provide support to the end-users and the partners in the chargeback & refund process.
• Intermediate communication between partner banks and customers to increase win rates in the chargeback process.
• Investigate and provide supporting documentation for payment returns.
• Ensure the good functionality of the chargeback & refund process.

• Great communicator both on the phone and email

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
