At Zalando, we have introduced a new Customer experience (“Stories on Zalando”) to create an inspiration-led approach to serve the needs of this generation, raised in the era of global connectivity, looking for authenticity. The aim is to bring curated assortment and brands focussing on quality over quantity.
As the Junior Campaign Project Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for managing and launching Stories on Zalando campaigns across all stages of the value chain. To ensure a smooth release process, the role involves managing a large stakeholder group, understanding dependencies, structured campaign planning, stock management and highlighting risks. You will become highly knowledgeable in all aspects of our campaign launch process. You will be the go-to person for support and insights on how the “Stories on Zalando” releases happen at Zalando.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

You will be the overarching manager for the “Stories on Zalando” campaigns, responsible for the preparation, execution and post-processing of the releases managing a large set of stakeholder teams

You are the first contact person for internal and external stakeholders such as Content and Programming, Supply, Markets, Demand, Suppliers and Highsnobiety among others for the End-to-End campaign process and will actively collaborate with them in order to ensure smooth campaign go-lives

You will be ensure that all the launch action steps and deadlines have been met ensuring alignment across various stakeholder groups

You will highlight risks, inform stakeholders and proactively look for solutions to ensure the release calendar flow is maintained
