We're looking for a Junior Business Development Manager for our TLV offices.
What You’ll Do:
Proactively source, prospect, and map potential supply partners and publishers globally.
Drive supply-side business development projects by identifying new traffic channels and strategic publisher segments.
Understand publisher capabilities and build tailored collaboration models for our campaigns.
Lead publisher onboarding into our inventory and maintain long-term partnerships.
Work in close cross-functional collaboration with Media and Sales teams to align traffic delivery with campaign performance.
What will I bring?
Prior project or hands-on experience in sales / business development – Advantage.
Demonstrated ability to quickly master new domains and independently acquire industry knowledge.
Strong sales capabilities - exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
Ability to meet and exceed individual sales and profit targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew. Other languages- advantage
