At Area Accounts, we develop Rabobank's payment propositions. This means that through your effort, all customers and bank employees can take out, manage and terminate payment products. Our products form the basis for the customer's daily banking. And that is quite a challenge! Our department is responsible for renewing and managing all the sales applications you need for day-to-day banking. The strong pressure on innovation driven by various business cases - new architecture, new products, innovative channels, changes in laws and regulations, costs and efficiency and changing consumer behavior - ensures that you are constantly challenged to get the best out of yourself.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness analysis in BPMN
Modelling in BPMN is the start and basis of the analysis in Area Accounts. From here you learn how to capture functional requirements, define dependencies and stimulate re-usability.Bring functional requirements into practice
You collaborate with Product Owners and Dev Ops Engineers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. You create high level solutions where you are able to pinpoint what the impact is on Business, IT and process.Backlogmanagement
You take care of a healty backlog. Work on epic breakdown into feature maps, prepare user stories, lead refinements with your squadmembers and arrange planningsessions.Stakeholdermanagement
Our chain is complex and there are a lot of dependencies with other systems and teams. In this challenging environment you interact with all relevant stakeholders regarding planning, analysis and execution.Customer insights and data driven decision making
You are able to translate the outcomes of customer research/insights and data to determine where most valuable improvements in our customer- or local bank journeys can be implemented.
You start with a year contract. When all goes well, after a year it’s transferred into an indefinite contract.
A gross monthly salary between € 3,314 and € 4,733 (scale 7) for a contract of 36 hours per week, depending on knowledge, experience and education.
Flexible working hours and a mix between office and home working.

You and your talentA bachelor or master degree, or equivalent work level (preferable in information technology)
0-2 years of work experience in IT or IT related.
Affinity with software development, and some experience with BPMN and Azure would be nice.
Excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
Some knowledge of or experience with
Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
Business analysis methods and IT architecture.
A critical mind and yet you are constructive in your interactions
Good understanding of or willingness to learn about the business value and applications of DevOps tools and services such as log monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring, alerting, and security monitoring.
Familiarity with campaign tools, content planning and marketing automation is a plus.
The ability to switch between helicopter view and details.
A strong analytical mind.
You have a natural ability to influence others. You're open to new ideas, and constructive feedback helps you grow stronger.
