CD&T is composed of several sub-departments, including Employees & Corporate Functions, which focuses on optimizing applications, digital experiences, and tools dedicated to our Corporate teams and Heartists®.
As part of our digital transformation, we are deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across corporate functions. You will join the Smart Automation team as a Junior Business Analyst, reporting to the RPA Project Manager, and working closely with teams based in Bangkok, Bangalore, and Paris.
Your Missions:
- Help identify business processes suitable for automation
- Contribute to writing functional specifications and use cases
- Support local teams in gathering requirements and documenting processes
- Collaborate with RPA developers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Assist in testing phases and production rollouts
- Participate in change management and user training initiatives
And you:
- Master’s student (business school, engineering school, or university) with a focus on information systems or project management
- Interest in digital transformation and automation technologies
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and rigor
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially in multicultural environments
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in business analysis or project management is a plus
Position starting in March 2026 for 6 months.
