Junior Bogie Engineer: an engineer performing a wide range of tasks, from design with 3D tools, calculation with excel/Matlabs, editing of technical specifications in support of a lead engineer.
Accountabilities
Competencies
- Design components and bogie structures using CAD tools and collaborating with the own referent and other team mates
- Definition of the functional logic project (technical specifications, descriptions, drawings);
- Realization of the individual sub-components of competence (make and buy) providing the solutions for the implementation of the bogie functionality;
- Collaborate with the sub-project groups (internal and external) and ensure the development of the assigned project part;
- Concurrent engineering with the production engineering and liaison engineering department;
- Follow the manufacturing in the prototyping stages and in the validation tests of the components and the bogie.
Required Skills/ Knowledge
- Experience in 1 year about of mechanical design or technical task managing, or experience of 6 months on the above described competencies.
- Master of Science or technical degree required preferably in Mechanical or Aeronautical;
- Availability for short domestic and overseas trips.
Desired Skills/ Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of 3D modelling and 2D drawing of mechanical components.

Education/Qualifications
Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background.
Languages
Intermediate Knowledge of English (written & spoken).
