You will run experiments, analyze data, and contribute to bringing new technologies into production.
- Ensure stable and reliable operation of electron beam test benches
- Perform and analyze measurements on advanced Multi-Beam mask writer Key components
- Design, set up, and evaluate experiments
- Develop and improve measurement recipes and data analysis tools
- Drive continuous improvement of methods and components, including evaluation and documentation
- Communicate results and insights to stakeholders and management
- Critically interpret and validate measurement results
- Master’s degree or PhD in Physics
- Experience in designing, setting up, and conducting experiments
- Strong data analysis skills and confidence working with complex datasets
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and in a structured way
- Solid problem-solving skills and a strong analytical way of thinking
- Ability to critically evaluate results and draw meaningful conclusions
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments
- Very good command of English, German language skills are a plus
- Experience with vacuum systems or particle beam technologies are an advantage
- Programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or similar)
- Basic understanding of electronics are a plus

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 55.000,- € (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
