We are seeking a Junior Back-Office CMS & Technical Support specialist to join our growing team. About This JobWe're looking for a Junior Back-Office CMS & Technical Support specialist to join our Implementation and Support team. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps our CMS platforms accurate, up to date, and running smoothly supporting both internal teams and clients. You'll work closely with Implementation PMs, Training, and Product teams to upload and configure content, troubleshoot routine technical issues, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across web and platform pages. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work, has a knack for learning new tools quickly, and wants to grow into a more technical or project-management-focused role over time.

Key Responsibilities- Upload and configure content within the CMS based on client or internal team specifications.
- Ensure content accuracy, proper formatting, and consistency across web and platform pages.
- Respond to and resolve routine technical inquiries related to CMS functionality and basic content issues via ticketing system, email, or calls.
- Collaborate with the Training or Product teams to test and validate content display across various devices and user roles.
- Train clients or team members on CMS usage for uploading, editing, and managing content.
- Escalate CMS bugs, content rendering issues, or configuration failures to Project Managers or Development teams with proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of CMS activity, configurations, and client requests in the support tracking system.
- Assist in drafting or updating internal documentation and FAQs related to content management practices.
- Support cross-functional teams by uploading and verifying training materials, client documentation, and promotional content.
- Participate in QA processes for new CMS templates or features before rollout.
- Engage in ongoing learning to enhance familiarity with CMS tools and evolving digital publishing standards.
- Provide configuration support and assistance on other product or system implementations as needed.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical support, back-office operations, content management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms (experience with any CMS is a plus, but not required — we'll train you).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, in [insert required language(s), e.g., Spanish and English].
- Comfortable working with ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset — willing to escalate issues clearly and follow up until resolved.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving digital publishing standards.
- Prior experience with CMS platforms, ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, etc.), or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience in client-facing support or training roles.
- Familiarity with QA processes for digital products.
