Junior Associate - ServiceNow Developer
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Write and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.) to enhance the functionality of the platform.
- Configure forms, fields, and workflows based on business requirements.
- Support the administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, roles, and permissions.
- Assist with system upgrades and patches to ensure the platform is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in requirements analysis and solution design meetings.
- Conduct testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and function as intended.
- Assist in the creation of test cases and test plans.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
- Provide support to end-users and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules.
- Experience with JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
