We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Associate - ServiceNow to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and build their career in ServiceNow development. The candidate will work under the guidance of senior developers and architects to support, customize, and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications.
Work on basic configuration, customization, and scripting tasks within ServiceNow.
Support day-to-day administrative activities including user management, incident handling, and troubleshooting.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions and document functional/technical specifications.
Collaborate with senior team members to test and deploy new features and enhancements.
Learn and apply ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and workflows.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals (JavaScript preferred).
