Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Corporate M&A group with the appointment of a Junior Associate based in our Rome office.

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.

• Recently obtained license to practice law in Italy.
• Up to 1 year of experience in the Corporate M&A field, gained in a comparable law firm.
• High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
• Global mentality and enthusiasm.
• You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
