We are a growing team looking for an Junior Associate, AP in the Finance department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Wrocław office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Junior Associate, AP, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and accuracy of our global financial operations. You will collaborate daily with teams from around the world, efficiently manage transport documents, and support customers in resolving accounting issues. We offer the opportunity to work on international projects, a comprehensive onboarding training package, and daily support from the team. In this role, you will…

Involve in data entry tasks;
Verify documents both paper and electronic;
Manage reports;
Collaborate with other departments to update our management system;
Manage the transport documents (Indexing, Validation, and Matching);
Carrier master data;
Handles payments to carriers;
Solves payment issues with different branches;
Complaint handling;
Support the AP team in other daily tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
A fast learner, a proactive attitude, and the ability to learn new tools quickly;
Communicative level of English – min. B2 level;
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook would be nice to have;
Excellent customer service, oral, and written communication skills;
Fluent Polish.
