Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Graduate/Junior Analyst to join our CEE/SEE Hospitality Valuation & Advisory team, based in our Prague office. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in real estate advisory and hospitality analytics.From day one, you will work closely with experienced real estate professionals, supporting advisory assignments for clients across Central, Eastern and South‑Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical and proactive, with a strong motivation to learn and develop in a fast‑paced, high‑performance advisory environment.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Analyse historical operating performance (P&L statements) and contribute to the development of financial models and discounted cash flow projections for hotel assets.
Conduct market and sector research, including market overviews, competitive set analysis, and supply–demand assessments.
Support the preparation of hotel real estate advisory reports, including valuations, feasibility studies, and market studies.
Assist with data collection, verification and structuring to ensure the accuracy and consistency of inputs used in financial models and reports.
Contribute to achieving the department’s overall fee and billing targets through efficient project delivery, utilisation, and adherence to internal timelines.
Assist in maintaining and developing the team’s in‑house databases, contribute to research publications focused on the CEE and SEE hospitality markets, and support the improvement and optimisation of internal processes, tools, and templates.
Support senior team members in client interactions, presentations, and meetings, as required.
Travel within the European region as required to support project execution and market research activities.
Graduate Profile & Requirements
Recent graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a genuine interest in real estate and investment markets.
Excellent written and verbal English and Czech communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Excel; prior exposure to financial modelling is an advantage.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate analysis.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability and motivation to work in a high-performance environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Prior internships or placements in finance, real estate, consulting, or related fields are an advantage but not mandatory.
