Key responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and analyze financial information for cost centers (budget, actuals, and forecasts), monitoring variances and contributing to the achievement of profitability targets.

  • Control costs related to operational production consumption, identifying variances and discrepancies by business line.

  • Prepare and interpret performance reports involving costs and operational data, providing decision-support to management.

  • Assist the manager in preparing and monitoring the annual budget (CAPEX, OPEX, and PAT), ensuring projects and investments remain within the approved budget.

  • Consolidate and maintain up-to-date information regarding employee technical qualifications, ensuring the necessary resources for maintaining them.

  • Process and track general purchase requests for production departments based on consolidated requirements.

  • Maintain continuous communication with the operations team, reporting any significant operational or technical issues to the immediate supervisor.

  • Fully support Operational Safety Management System (SMS) routines by consolidating and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs/SPIs) for reporting; ensure regulatory compliance through audit support and manual control; and lead the handling of safety reports (RSO), corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA), and training initiatives to strengthen the organizational safety culture.

  • Support the administrative planning of team activities, aiming to organize processes and align them with operational objectives.

  • Control, correct, and report production activity logs, ensuring the consistency and integrity of recorded data.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities within their scope of responsibility, flagging them to the manager and contributing to innovation or technological research initiatives where applicable.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Sciences, Business Administration or Engineering.

  • Experience in Operational Safety.

  • intermediary English for alignment with global teams.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and Google Workspace Tools.

  • Previous experience with operational safety systems.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Consolidar e analisar informações financeiras dos centros de custo (budget, realizado e forecast), monitorando desvios e contribuindo para o atingimento das metas de lucratividade.

  • Realizar o controle dos custos relacionados ao consumo produtivo da operação, apurando variações e distorções por linha de negócio.

  • Elaborar e interpretar relatórios de desempenho que envolvam custos e dados operacionais, fornecendo suporte à gestão na tomada de decisão.

  • Apoiar o gestor na elaboração e no acompanhamento do orçamento anual (CAPEX, OPEX e PAT), garantindo o controle dos projetos e investimentos de acordo com o orçamento aprovado.

  • Consolidar e manter atualizadas as informações relacionadas à qualificação técnica dos colaboradores, assegurando os recursos necessários para sua manutenção.

  • Lançar e acompanhar solicitações de compras gerais para os departamentos produtivos, conforme demandas consolidadas.

  • Garantir a comunicação contínua com a equipe de operações, reportando ao gestor imediato quaisquer ocorrências relevantes para a rotina operacional / técnica.

  • Auxiliar integralmente as rotinas do Sistema de Gerenciamento da Segurança Operacional (SGSO), consolidando e analisando indicadores de desempenho (KPIs/SPIs) para reportes, assegurando a conformidade regulatória por meio do suporte a auditorias e controle de manuais, além de liderar a tratativa de relatos (RSO), planos de ação (CAPA) e iniciativas de treinamento para o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança organizacional.

  • Apoiar o planejamento administrativo das atividades da equipe, visando a organização dos processos e o alinhamento com os objetivos operacionais.

  • Realizar o controle, correção e reporte dos apontamentos das atividades produtivas, assegurando a consistência e integridade das informações registradas.

  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos sob sua responsabilidade, sinalizando ao gestor e contribuindo com iniciativas de inovação ou pesquisa tecnológica, quando aplicável.

Requisitos:

  • Graduação em Ciências Aeronáuticas, Administração de Empresas ou Engenharia.

  • Experiência em Segurança Operacional.

  • Inglês de nível intermediário alinhamento com equipes globais.

  • Proficiência avançada nas ferramentas do Google Workspace.

  • Experiência prévia com sistemas de segurança operacional.
