💰Compensation details: for this role the monthly starting salary is 9.200 RON Gross and a rare-language bonus of 1800 RON gross/month. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth. In addition to this, you will receive a 13th salary once per year and a vacation bonus.

- Business Process Excellence: Approaching processes / issues with a curious mind-set to challenge the current process and identify opportunities for improvement.
Job responsibilities:
- Have the autonomy to set your own priorities and goals daily, identify process improvements and lead projects.
- You will be responsible for collecting cash by partnering with external customers to resolve open issues on goods invoices, getting to the root cause of disputes & finding systemic fixes all of which will drive value for the business.
- Collaborate with a broader stakeholder reach across Service Centers and also globally.
- Interact with external customers (in both English & other European languages) and internal P&G contacts.
- Drive action and influencing internal & external customers to unlock cash and systemically resolve issues.
- Cover governance and operating with discipline to protect P&G cash
- Approach processes / issues with a curious mind-set to challenge the current process and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Very good speaking and written command of English and Greek languages.
