Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and promptly enter financial transactions into the system
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments and collections
  • Monitor and control stock records to ensure accuracy
  • Perform branch reconciliations to support financial integrity
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and required documentation
  • Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and regulatory standards
  • Provide general support to the finance team on related assignments


Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills will be considered)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commonly used accounting software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective communication abilities, especially for debt follow-ups
  • The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
