Job Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts – Pass journals, prepare schedules and close management accounts of overseas subsidiaries
- Check subsidiaries’ financial reports from accounting agents to ensure accuracy
- Process vendor invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, vendor setup and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance of company's policies and procedures
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth closing of financial audit
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks associated with company and group tax, VAT, audit
- Ensure compliance to local statutory reporting requirements of overseas entities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy
- At least 3 years full set experience
- Meticulous and analytical with numbers
- Well versed in accounting transactions accordance to accounting standards
- Advance Excel knowledge, with demonstrated ability to organize data is preferred
- Experience in SAP will be added advantage
- Independent and self-motivated team player and reliable time management capability
