Our Center of Excellence for National Accounting Centers department is looking for a Junior Accounting Specialist who wants to join a close-knit team and develop in an international organization. Work model: Hybrid Location: Wrocław, ul. Kwidzyńska 8
Tasks:
- Preparing data for financial statements from Oracle accounting systems; SAP for companies in Poland and abroad;
- Entering journals entries into the system;
- Basic analysis of the correctness of entries entered into the accounting system;
- Generating reports from various systems and transforming them for local reporting purposes;
- Account analysis and reconciliation of settlement accounts;
- Preparing reports for external institutions and entering them into systems, including the Central Statistical Office and the National Bank of Poland;
- Balance sheet valuation of items in foreign currencies;
- Cooperation with an auditor;
- Working in an international environment - responding to inquiries from internal clients
Bachelor's degree in finance (accounting)
Min. 1 year in accounting
Very good knowledge of Excel
Languages: French - fluent and English - communicative
Analytical mind Easy to absorb new information
Ease in communication
Master's degree completed or in the process of completion
Knowledge of: Oracle; SAP
