Role Summary (Purpose of the Position):
Proactively manages the business activities of assigned Retail and PRO partners in alignment with European and local sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Builds and strengthens business relationships with assigned partners.
- Responsible for ensuring that assigned Partners complete the tasks needed to achieve their sales plans and set goals.
- Maintains regular, multi-level contact with designated partners.
- Negotiates and agrees on commercial agreement terms in line with the direction set by the local B2C leader.
- Manages and executes full-year planning, aligned with Partners' objectives and commitments.
- Optimizes the profitability of assigned Partners through effective activity management and investment control.
- Responsible for Partners' financial management (agreements, timing allocations).
- Responsible for Partners' forecasting, ordering, and promotion planning processes.
- Monitors and analyzes Partners (sales efficiency, stock, IHS, etc.) and optimizes ongoing business performance
- If the annual plan agreed upon is underachieved, defining and implementing corrective actions in coordination with the NSO leader at the managed Partners.
- Having and sharing full client knowledge in the region/cluster as a key business partner and expert. Effective cost management, taking into account the country's profit expectations and goals.
