Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Support in preparing client proposals, reports, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Product) to ensure client needs are met.
Monitor client accounts and ensure timely delivery of agreed deliverables.
Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.
Handle day-to-day client requests and follow up on pending actions.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Prepare and update CRM data and reports regularly.
Participate in client meetings and take detailed meeting notes and action items.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success (internship experience accepted).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-player mindse
