Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for Commercial finance and RGM manager who will have the overall responsibility for the commercial financial planning and management. This role provides insightful and value adding analysis and recommendations to the Commercial Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Finance Business partner to the Sales and Marketing functions of the Africa & Trading business unit, supporting the execution of the commercial strategy in line with the company targets and financial requirements
  • Provide visibility on financial performance of each commercial unit (top line and contribution margin), category and customer (cost-to-serve)
  • Set and evaluate pricing and promotion initiatives and assess the impact on volume (elasticity) and the market share
  • Management and control of deals & allowances P&L line (in coordination with the Financial Controller to ensure completeness of all D&A and distributors' costs accruals) as well as overall financial health of the business relationship
  • Support Sales & Marketing in the preparation of analysis and materials for key routines: monthly performance review, annual operating plan, etc., including monitoring the Performance of sales channels / Distributor
  • Calculating sales team commission based on the set targets and factoring in supply drops impact and overall mix profitability
  • Driving a mindset of ownership and continuous improvement for the function
  • Own value chain maintenance and understanding
  • Own NPD pricing/ promo strategy and value chains, marketing initiatives and campaigns and run post evaluation to capture learning.
  • Ensure compliance of accounting, internal control rules and manage internal audits.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 7-9 years in Accounting and Finance preferably in FMCGs
  • Agility & enthusiasm
