The Lead Generation Specialist focuses on engaging and qualifying prospects through outreach campaigns, aiming to generate sales meetings. Responsibilities include building prospect lists, using lead sourcing tools, executing campaigns, and maintaining CRM records.

Manage reception, assist visitors, handle phone calls, coordinate repairs, perform administrative tasks, arrange travel, and supervise the admin team.

Define and execute CPaaS product vision and roadmap; work with engineering to build API-driven messaging, voice, and video services; prioritize backlog, launch features, enable sales, and monitor KPIs to drive adoption and product optimization.

Manage banking and cash activities, oversee full-cycle accounting operations including AR and AP, handle intercompany transactions, and maintain financial integrity through reporting and documentation.

The Product Marketing & Growth Specialist will develop product messaging, create marketing materials, execute lead generation campaigns, manage external agencies, and utilize AI for optimization in a SaaS context.
