Lead the design and development of full-stack services, APIs, integration adapters, and platform components for a Network API Gateway. Build CAMARA and TM Forum integrations, connect gateway systems with telecom BSS/OSS and network platforms, maintain OpenAPI specifications, support automated and contract testing, and troubleshoot production issues. Optimize performance while delivering clean, testable, maintainable code using modern development, containerization, and distributed-systems technologies.

Designs and builds highly available API gateway platforms for CAMARA and TM Forum APIs. Responsibilities include routing, authentication, rate limiting, throttling, validation, policy enforcement, multi-tenancy, versioning, lifecycle management, performance tuning, and resilience. The role evaluates gateway technologies, translates telecom API standards into deployable services, and guides backend engineers on API design, OpenAPI, and platform engineering practices.

Provides front-desk and administrative support, including greeting visitors, handling calls, coordinating office repairs, maintaining supplies and records, arranging employee travel, preparing itineraries and expense reports, booking meeting logistics, supporting senior managers, protecting confidential information, and supervising the administrative team.

Own day-to-day IT operations, systems administration, cybersecurity controls, and Tier 2/3 user support. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoints, networking, security tools, and access controls across distributed MENA, Europe, and Asia teams. Lead technical projects, vendor relationships, migrations, automation, documentation, onboarding, and process improvements while troubleshooting complex infrastructure and end-user issues.

Lead group consolidation and monthly reporting across multiple entities; supervise year-end audits; manage and develop the finance team; oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury; ensure multi-country compliance (Egypt, UAE; KSA a plus); utilize AI applications and potentially Microsoft Dynamics 365; support acquisition-related accounting and telecom/digital industry needs.

Manage day-to-day legal and contractual matters for a music company: draft, review, and negotiate artist, distribution, licensing, and vendor agreements; advise on IP, royalties, and regulatory compliance; support disputes and coordinate with external counsel and collecting societies.

Analyze requirements, write clean, testable .NET code, create technical specifications and architecture, debug and refactor, upgrade programs, support junior developers, and document development and operations. Work in agile environments.

Edit promotional videos, trailers, teasers, and social media content for films and entertainment campaigns. Create platform-optimized brand content, assemble footage with motion, sound, and graphics, adapt assets to multiple aspect ratios, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with marketing and creative teams, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
