Own day-to-day IT operations, systems administration, cybersecurity controls, and Tier 2/3 user support. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoints, networking, security tools, and access controls across distributed MENA, Europe, and Asia teams. Lead technical projects, vendor relationships, migrations, automation, documentation, onboarding, and process improvements while troubleshooting complex infrastructure and end-user issues.

Support financial statement analysis, external audits, intercompany invoice processing, and daily accounting operations across a multi-entity group.

Lead group consolidation and monthly reporting across multiple entities; supervise year-end audits; manage and develop the finance team; oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury; ensure multi-country compliance (Egypt, UAE; KSA a plus); utilize AI applications and potentially Microsoft Dynamics 365; support acquisition-related accounting and telecom/digital industry needs.

Manage day-to-day legal and contractual matters for a music company: draft, review, and negotiate artist, distribution, licensing, and vendor agreements; advise on IP, royalties, and regulatory compliance; support disputes and coordinate with external counsel and collecting societies.

Create platform-optimized brand content, assemble footage with motion, sound, and graphics, adapt assets to multiple aspect ratios, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with marketing and creative teams, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
