About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to make an impact at Kraft Heinz! This role is part of our Away From Home team and is based in our Amsterdam office. You will report directly to the Key Account Manager National Accounts.
As a Junior Account Manager, you'll spend around 60% of your time on the road, visiting customers and expanding our portfolio within National Accounts. You will independently manage a selection of accounts and support the team in executing annual plans and analyzing insights from the market. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on professional who is eager to grow quickly in sales.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.
- Initiate commercial partnerships with targeted customers and deliver outstanding sales fundamentals.
- Contribute to strategic thinking and market analysis.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the market, providing valuable insights.
- Translate plans into effective execution.
Qualifications
Hard Skills and Capabilities
- At least a completed bachelor's degree in a relevant domain or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated ability in a commercial role, preferably within the FMCG market.
- Experience within the Away From Home Channel is a pre.
- Affinity with Away From Home.
- Pro-active, can-do mentality, commercial mindset and customer obsessed.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is required be successful in this position.
