About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity as Horeca Account Manager Away From Home Netherlands (Region : Amersfoort - Arnhem ) to make a difference in the company. The position is part of the Benelux Business Unit, reports into the Field Manager and has a lot of exposure to internal senior partners.
No day is the same! The Account Manager takes ownership of: • You are on the road to nurture existing relationships , grow their business & find new customer opportunities in Away from Home . • You will develop a clear understanding of the needs of customer and their consumers to develop solutions in Away from Home. • You will be visiting independent restaurants, bars and other locations that serve or potentially serve the Kraft Heinz portfolio with our beloved brands like: Heinz, Wijko, Karvan Cevitam and Honig. • Delivering excellent sales performance based on targets . Establish quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met. • Close c ooperation with our Wholesale Trade partners to grow together with existing and new business. • Building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Qualifications
Hard Skills • At least a HBO degree or equal in Away from H o me / On Trade / Horeca experience. • You have affinity with the local Horeca, (an existing Horeca network will be considered an advantage). • You are a Owner ! You are responsible for your own region! • K nows how to work with excel and our CRM system. • Proficiency in Dutch and English is required. • Results-oriented and always looking for new opportunities. • You can work structured within predefined processes. • Teamplayer with a strong individual contribution. • Drivers Licence B. • You are living in the region where you work.
Professional Attributes • Communication Skills - At Kraft Heinz you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important to have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different partners. • Ability to Simplify - We like to keep it simple and to implement fast. Simplification skills are highly appreciated, when providing simple solutions dealing with complex challenges. • Commercial Sense - Always seeking for opportunities to expand the business and build more savings, while over delivering on the targets.
• Analytical - We're a data driven company. Knowing how to translate sophisticated data into a simple solutions with an analytical approach is essential. • Winning mentality - You love to win and know how to turn a "No" into a "yes".
