The Role:
- Active Storytelling Support: Assist in the research and development of 360-degree talent and creator strategies. You move from building talent lists to drafting active pitches, helping to secure wins across lifestyle, entertainment, and social impact verticals.
- Creator Economy & Social Radar: Act as the team’s eyes and ears on the West Coast social zeitgeist. You are responsible for daily monitoring of platforms and news cycles to flag pop culture moments, creator shifts, and competitor news that our clients need to know about.
- Stakeholder & List Architecture: Own the foundational data that fuels our work. You will build and maintain meticulously researched talent and influencer recommendation lists, media contact sheets, and status documents that reflect the actual modern landscape.
- Modern Content Creation: Draft the first versions of creative briefs, talent itineraries, press releases, and social briefs. You are learning to translate complex brand missions into clear, platform-agnostic narratives that capture the attention of talent reps and creators.
- The Engine of the Account: Manage the daily essentials of your accounts—agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budget trackers—with total precision. You ensure the Account Executive and Manager have the data they need to lead with confidence.
- On-the-Ground Logistics: Provide essential support for talent-focused events, red carpets, and content shoots. You handle the logistics—check-ins, RSVP management, and on-site talent wrangling—with a professional and solution-oriented attitude.
- Relationship Driven: You recognize that the talent business is built on trust and authenticity. You lead by example in how you treat your co-workers, talent reps, and the media—prioritizing integrity and professional poise from day one.
Who You Are:
- The Emerging Hybrid Specialist: You have 1–2 years of experience in communications, entertainment, or PR. You are a jack-of-all-trades who is eager to take on more ownership and wants to be at the center of the global impact and entertainment landscape.
- Digitally Fluent: You live on social media and understand the creator economy. You know which platforms are driving conversation right now and can translate that knowledge into a smart pitch or brainstorm idea for a client.
- The Meticulous Researcher: Your research skills are elite. You don't just find names; you find the "why" behind a creator’s connection to a brand. You are comfortable using research tools to find and secure the perfect partners for a campaign.
- A Strong, Fast Writer: You are a concise and creative writer with an eye for detail. You understand how to take a brand story and turn it into a clear, compelling narrative for any platform.
- High EQ & Proactive Spirit: You possess high EQ and situational awareness. You know how to communicate effectively with senior staff, handle a fast-paced environment, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Driven to Over-Deliver: You take genuine pride in the accuracy of your work. You are energized by the challenge of being part of something good and helping to bring cultural moments to life.
