Responsibilities:- Monitor and direct third-shift production activities.
- Train and provide guidance to new hires.
- Evaluate employee performance on a timely basis.
- Maintain plant safety, security, and compliance throughout the shift.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of products manufactured during the shift.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain proper organization, housekeeping, and cleanliness of the work area.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
- Complete and maintain required production and process documentation.
- Perform plant closing procedures at the end of the week.
- Ensure all responsibilities of supervised personnel are properly completed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- High school diploma.
- Exposure to Injection Molding processes.
- Knowledge or training in GMP and SPC.
- Good machine setup skills.
- Working knowledge of Injection Molding machines.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with people.
- Leadership and team supervision skills.
- Ability to perform basic process and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to work the 3rd shift, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM.
Skills Required
