We are seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer (SE) to join our team and support our client in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze user requirements and lead design and development activities
- Provide technical leadership and ensure the technical integrity of work and deliverables
- Develop technical and system documentation
- Plan system development and interact with government officials
- Review and approve system engineering documentation
- Conduct quantitative analysis and provide technical direction for complex hardware/software systems
- Develop and integrate solutions for Big Data analytics and malware analysis
What you’ll need:
- 0-2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field
- Five (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
Bonus Points if you have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage design and development activities
- Proficient in developing technical documentation and system planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government officials
- Proven ability to review and approve system engineering documentation
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Scrum methodologies and Agile practices
Clearance:
Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Skills Required
