Looking for a Jr. Salesforce Admin to help manage our Salesforce Platform. Must have a good core set of CRM understanding. Must be willing to learn and work on new cloud based technologies. The right candidate will have great communication and coordination skills as well as a strong technical Development and Administration background with Salesforce. Responsibilities will include working very closely with other teams in resolving issues related to Salesforce. This role will require a flexible schedule which might include being on call and or work on weekends (up to 2-3 times a month)
What you’ll do
- Perform general troubleshooting around our Salesforce applications across multiple Servers. Activities, including unit testing, technical documentation and data loading are common. Works on one or more tickets at a time.
- Participates in estimation process, use case specifications, reviews of test plans and test cases, requirements, and project planning. Diagnose and resolve performance issues.
- Helps with capacity planning, reporting and dashboards.
- Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to turn business requirements and vision into reality. Participate in a tight-knit engineering team employing agile software development practices.
What experience you need
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science or informatic engineering.
- 1+ years working as a Salesforce Admin
- 1+ years working with SaaS based tool sets
- 1+ years working with Google Suite
- 6+ months of Security Compliance or related activity
What could set you apart
- Salesforce Admin and or Developer Certifications Strongly Preferred
- Understanding of Jira & ServiceNow
- Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with backend technologies such as JAVA/J2EE, MuleSoft CPQ,
- Source code control management systems (e.g. Github, Jenkins) and build tools like Maven & Gradle
- Agile environments (e.g. Scrum,)
- Data Operations tools like Jenkins. (Pipeline management and automation)
- Atlassian tooling (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, and Github)
- Developing with modern JDK (v1.7+)
- Automated Testing: JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, SoapUI
- Google Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
