We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform and BI Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure cloud services, Power automate and Power BI. Experience with CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce, will be an added advantage. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business insights and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
- Integrate and manage data sources, including connecting tables and creating data models.
- Set up and manage Azure cloud services to support application development and deployment.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis and business intelligence activities to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform and Power BI solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and their application in business solutions.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, SQL and report/dashboard creation.
- Experience with business intelligence and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team as well.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or Power BI.
- Experience with other BI tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
