The Role

We’re looking for a Jr. Operations Associate to join our rapidly growing consumer health tech startup. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our internal processes and ensuring operational excellence by performing data entry tasks and helping to maintain efficient workflows. Your responsibilities will include QAing information, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that our services run smoothly to assist our members. You will also provide support to your peers, contributing to team development and service consistency. This role is a full-time 40 hours/week role (5 days per week, days can be flexible).

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist with daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of internal processes and workflows.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with leadership to implement improvements.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments by demonstrating flexibility and resilience. Adapt to evolving needs and organizational priorities to deliver exceptional service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize internal tools and spreadsheets effectively to manage daily tasks and workflows.
  • Process Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our organization's processes and services. Continuously self-educate to stay updated on new features and offerings.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel), CRM systems, and ability to learn internal tools
