Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Game Operations Associate to join our team. The Junior Game Operations Associate will work alongside our Senior Game Operations Associates to analyze sports data and make informed decisions regarding the creation and pricing of various sporting event outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and an analytical mind, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing sports data and determining odds for various sporting events
- Monitor patterns and make adjustments to odds as necessary
- Help manage risk and exposure by balancing rick across different outcomes
- Keep up-to-date with sports news and events that may impact odds
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that all picks are accurately recorded and settled in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Assist with the creation of new markets and the development of new trading strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets
- Passion for sports and a good understanding of various sports and their rules
- Knowledge of sports betting markets and betting odds
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience in sports betting or financial trading is a plus
