The Network Administrator will support, maintain, and coordinate customizations for our Sage 300 Accounting, Sage CRM, Document Imaging implementations.  The person will also be the technical point of contact for our FTP program.

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by developing working knowledge of the supported applications and the environment in which they are used.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot supported applications and their systems and environments
  • Respond to email from customers regarding support requests and provide detailed responses of a technical nature.
  • Escalate support requests to appropriate teammates
  • Be our FTP/PGP technical support point of contact
  • Work with other teams to support future development efforts.
  • Assist customers with new software version releases of supported applications.
  • Provide responses to client questions and requests via phone, email, and online ticketing application, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Review and edit technical documentation for supported applications in anticipation of release to customers.
  • Train end users and other support admins on the supported applications.
  • Spearhead release efforts.
  • Assist with testing efforts

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • JavaScript
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • ASP.NET

Skills Required

  • Familiarity with Sage 300 Accounting and Sage CRM
  • Experience with FTP programs
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot applications
  • Excellent communication skills
