As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will optimize production processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with teams to achieve operational excellence and innovation. You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.
- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, engineering or process optimization roles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies including automation, robotics, and lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control to identify and implement process improvements
- Experience with manufacturing software tools and technologies such as CAD, CAM, or MES systems
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing continuous improvement projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and innovative mindset
- Knowledge of emerging manufacturing technologies and industry best practices
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
