What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and other high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, operations, technical, or high-volume roles.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and working closely with hiring managers.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities at once.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and standard recruiting workflows.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing technician, production, quality, supply chain, or technical operations roles.
- Agency recruiting experience is required, ideally supporting manufacturing or technical roles.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, evolving environment with a high level of ownership.
