- We are looking for a Jr. Lead Generation Specialist who is eager to build a career in B2B sales and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and willing to learn the fundamentals of lead generation, sales workflows, and client engagement. This role focuses on researching prospects, supporting outbound campaigns, maintaining accurate lead data, and assisting the Sales team in building a strong pipeline of potential clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Research potential leads, market trends, and target companies through LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and other online platforms
- Support outbound prospecting efforts through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and other engagement channels
- Maintain accurate lead records, organize pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups within CRM systems and internal trackers
- Qualify leads based on business needs, company fit, and engagement potential
- Support the Sales team through lead handoffs, meeting coordination, and preparation of sales materials and proposals
- Utilize CRM systems, outreach tools, and lead generation platforms effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales campaigns and business development initiatives
- Deliver tasks on time with attention to detail, accountability, and professionalism
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales support, customer service, or a related role is preferred
- Fresh graduates with excellent written and verbal communication skills are welcome to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and online research tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in an onsite setup
- Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and outbound strategies
- Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or BPO industries is a plus but not required
Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: On-site
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am flexi start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
