The Technical Support Analyst Tier 2 will help customers troubleshoot issues in WMS, manage configurations, support cloud solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and documentation.

Responsible for data entry, reconciling accounts, preparing GST returns, and maintaining communication with clients regarding their accounts.

The role involves developing plugins for Atlassian Jira, supporting customer needs, using AI in development, and managing support cases, while learning and growing with the company.

Design engaging websites and graphics, create brand collateral, manage social media assets, and update content using WordPress and Shopify.

Provide operational support for billing, timesheets, NetSuite project administration, compliance, SOW and Work Order lifecycle management, and finance/legal coordination. Track partner/subcontractor submissions, resolve issues with stakeholders, produce reports, and maintain accurate project and financial records to support Professional Services operations.

The HR Administrator will manage recruitment, employee records, payroll administration, compliance tracking, and support HR team operations and documentation.

Prepare and check 3D Tekla models and related GA, shop, and erection drawings from IFCs; generate BOMs, NC files and reports; manage RFIs, document control and EDMS issuance; coordinate with draftees, factory and site teams to resolve drawing and erection/transportation issues.

Lead and oversee steel modelling: interpret design drawings, model steel members and connections, produce GA/assembly/part drawings, generate RFIs, coordinate information, delegate and monitor modellers/detailers/editors, verify erectability and drawing compliance, and support detailers and editors. Use Bluebeam, Microsoft tools, Salesforce and Strumis. On-site role with early start.

Review and check shop drawings (GAs, assemblies, parts) for compliance with structural and architectural documentation and Australian Standards. Ensure RFIs, latest drawings, and comments are incorporated, coordinate with drafting/project managers, generate queries and follow-ups, attend meetings and site visits as required, and prepare professional reports. Provide administrative support such as handling invoice re-submissions when requested.

Edit and upload high-resolution product images, write accurate product descriptions, update pricing/specifications, create and review purchase orders, associate products to marketplaces, perform data quality checks, prepare recurring reports, and support ad-hoc projects.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, manage client relationships, coach a team of 6-20 recruiters/sourcers, drive recruitment strategy, ensure quality of hire, implement recruitment tools, provide analytics and commercial talent insights to support headcount growth.
