What you will do at Justrite:
- The Junior Finance Officer role is a new position within the organization. Together with the entire finance team, you ensure accurate financial administration and reporting. This role is part of a finance team that jointly handles operational financial tasks, such as accounting, accounts receivable/accounts payable (AR/AP), credit management, expenses, etc.
- You are responsible for administrative tasks in the broadest sense, such as:
o Monitoring payment terms for accounts receivable;
o Checking and processing incoming invoices;
o Requesting credit limits for new customers;
o Posting bank transactions;
o Supporting the mid-level finance officers and the controller; - You actively contribute to month-end closing procedures and ensure timely and accurate data in our systems;
- You provide hands-on support in various administrative processes when needed.

Compensation:
The compensation will be commensurate with experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
