- Process returns and RTO (Return to Origin) requests in accordance with company protocols.
- Handle cash transactions securely and accurately, adhering to all financial guidelines.
Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer service or operational role.
- Proficiency in basic computer knowledge and software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to focus on details and maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Strong aptitude for providing operational support and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with teams and clients.
- Experience or capability in managing delivery and store/hub operations.
