Role: Jr. Embedded Engineer
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Jr. Embedded Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is
ideal for fresh graduates and junior engineers who enjoy working on embedded
systems and real-world IoT products. This role involves assisting in embedded development,
testing, hardware validation, and lab execution activities. It is a hands-on
engineering support role working closely with the lead embedded engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Assist in development, testing, and debugging of embedded
firmware for IoT devices.
- * Work with ESP32 and other microcontroller-based platforms.
- * Integrate and test communication protocols such as UART,
SPI, I2C, BLE, Wi-Fi, and MQTT.
- * Perform hardware bring-up, PCB validation, and device
testing.
- * Assist in debugging hardware and firmware issues during
development and production.
- * Support device programming, testing, and production
activities.
- * Maintain technical documentation and contribute to product
improvements.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical,
Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- * Good understanding of C/C++ and low level programming.
- * Basic knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and
electronics.
- * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- * Willingness to learn and work on both hardware and
firmware tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- * Hands-on experience with ESP32/Atmega/STM32 or similar
microcontroller platforms.
- * Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART,
SPI, I2C, BLE, Wi-Fi, or MQTT.
- * Basic knowledge of Git, Linux, or Python is an added
advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- We strongly encourage candidates who have worked on
**meaningful embedded projects**.
- Applicants with hands-on experience building systems using
ESP32, Arduino, STM32, or similar platforms will be preferred.
- Projects involving firmware development, hardware
integration, communication protocols, or IoT systems are valued. Preference
will be given to candidates who can demonstrate practical engineering
understanding rather than purely tutorial-based work.
Candidates should be
able to explain their projects and technical decisions during the interview.
