- SAP HCM Application Support
- Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP HCM modules and related business processes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues within agreed service levels.
- Monitor system performance and support the resolution of process and system-related incidents.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
2. Functional Support
Support key SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, PD and Time Management.
- Support cross-functional processes and integrations between SAP HCM and other softwares.
3. User Support
- Act as the first point of contact for end-user queries and system-related concerns.
Guide users on system functionalities and best practices.
4. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain process documents, user guides, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure documentation is updated to reflect system changes and process updates.
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Support employee master data maintenance activities and data validation exercises.
- Assist in data uploads, data correction activities, and periodic audits.
- Support reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to ensure effective system usage.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely support.
Skills Required
- Experience supporting SAP HCM application functionality
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP HCM modules: OM, PA, PD, Time Management
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues within SLAs
- Experience coordinating with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements
- Experience supporting cross-functional processes and integrations between SAP HCM and other software
- Experience providing first-line end-user support and user guidance
- Experience creating and maintaining process documents, user guides, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Experience with employee master data maintenance, data validation, and data uploads/corrections
- Experience supporting reporting requirements and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
