Junior Business Analyst 

Verisure Amsterdam is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Sales Performance team from September 2025 onwards. This is a great opportunity for those who want to start their career with high impact, direct exposure to management and a very accelerated growth path.

What do we do in Sales Performance?
We are a strategic team that works hand in hand with key managers in the company, especially the Sales Director, the Commercial Director and the Managing Director. Our objective is clear: to improve sales performance through data, analysis and concrete proposals that generate real impact. From day one, the person will be working directly for these stakeholders, with real visibility and responsibility.

Main responsibilities:
- Analyze commercial activity and generate insights for decision making.
- Prepare strategic reporting in Power BI and maintain our data model.
- Support in special projects related to commissions, forecasting and design of commercial initiatives.
- Be responsible for the sales force commission system, ensuring that incentives are correctly calculated each month for hundreds of sales people - a business critical task with high visibility.
- Interact with key teams: Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR (cross-functional department).

What are we looking for?

- Graduated BSc or MSc-degree
- Highly motivated, proactive and impact oriented.
- Analytical profile, eager to learn and understand the business.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (not mandatory but valued); interest in Power BI and databases (SQL, SSAS).
- Excellent level of English language skills.
