We are looking for a motivated Jr Brand Manager to join our marketing team and support the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and brand strategies.
  • Support the brand team in executing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, in-store, and trade marketing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, regulatory, and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to inform brand decisions.
  • Assist in managing promotional materials, packaging updates, and product launches.
  • Help maintain brand consistency and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the tracking of budgets, performance metrics, and prepare reports on brand activities.
  • Contribute to the organization of events, trainings, and other brand-related initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of marketing or brand management experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong interest in brand building and consumer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across functions.
