POSITION SUMMARY
The Jr. Allocation Specialist is responsible for assisting with inventory deployment from the distribution center to retail stores. This role ensures optimal inventory levels in stores to maximize sales, productivity, and profitability, while minimizing out-of-stocks. Additionally, the Jr. Allocation Specialist supports the preparation of key reports for analyzing in-store inventory levels.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR JR. ALLOCATION SPECIALIST:
-Maintain optimal inventory levels by ensuring proper stock levels for retail assortments, supporting overall sales performance.
-Execute replenishment for retail stores on a weekly schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Pull and verify data from multiple sources (Inventory Planner, Excel,Toolio, Senitron and Shopify) for allocation reports, maintaining accuracy in all documentation.
-Run size and color selling analyses to support future buying decisions and communicate with retail leads regarding product needs
-Collaborate with the distribution center to ensure timely stock deployment.
-Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support the merchandising and retail teams.
COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-High proficiency in Excel and MS Office
-Data obsessed- accuracy means everything to you

SALARY: 65k
