Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Junior Accountant who will be a key contributor to daily accounting and will have the opportunity to see and touch much of what goes on across our brewery’s broader operations. This is a dynamic role that calls for a fast learner who takes ownership, tackles challenges, and is looking to grow with us. What You Will Do: 

You will support the accounting team by owning a number of areas, including: 

• Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations for a diverse range of transactions, including retail operations, expense allocations, payments, and inventory movements

• Reviewing inventory count sheets, unit conversions, and related adjustments 

• Managing certain bank and payment processes 

• Contributing to the preparation of various tax filings and internal reports 

• Analyzing, investigating, and documenting account and margin variances 

• Driving ongoing process improvement, with a constant goal to improve quality and efficiency 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field of study 

Experience    

• 1+ years of experience (or internship) in audit or accounting 

• Experience building and using complex Excel workbooks 

• Experience with an ERP system is a plus (we’ll train you)
