We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Accountant & Finance to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting and finance operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Input and reconcile financial transactions
• Manage financial documents and basic tax administration
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Support other finance-related tasks as needed

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken in English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Oracle Netsuite, Accurate,
• Jurnal, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of basic taxation (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, SPT) is an advantage
