Serve as primary client contact to build and maintain relationships, respond to inquiries across channels, and ensure customer satisfaction. Support account managers with administrative and project-related tasks, update account records, consolidate required client documents, and escalate or troubleshoot project issues. Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

CLIENT SERVICING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Communicate and respond to customers through various channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer concerns.
- Work closely with the internal teams to address customer concerns and inquiries.
- Facilitate the consolidation of required documents and materials needed in fulfillment of client's requirements.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Can must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
