We’re looking for Junior Business Analysts passionate about EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and enterprise system integrations. This is the perfect opportunity for those eager to develop technical and business skills in the supply chain, logistics, and transportation industry, while collaborating with senior analysts, developers, and global stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Students in their final semesters or recent graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of data formats (CSV, XML, JSON).
- Basic understanding of SQL and UNIX/Linux.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to follow structured processes.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Internship or academic experience in system integration, business analysis, or supply chain systems.
- Familiarity with EDI, B2B integrations, or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of data standards: EDIFACT, X12, IDocs.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and integration methodologies.
- Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues using basic networking knowledge.
- Document technical specifications, integration flows, and business requirements.
- Learn and support EDI communication protocols (SFTP, AS2, FTPS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions and gain hands-on experience with EDI standards and tools.
