The opportunity:
Are you a high energy graduate or a customer service pro looking to break into the world of SaaS (Software as a Service)?

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the engine of our growth. This is an entry level position designed to train you into a high performing Account Executive or Account Manager within 12–18 months.
Location: Eight Mile Plains, QLD (Our high-energy, collaborative HQ).

What You’ll Do

  • Building connections: Reaching out to business owners (plumbers, electricians, builders) to show them how our tech can save them time and money.

  • Strategic outreach: Using phone, email, and social media to "hunt" for new opportunities and book meetings for our senior sales team.

  • Continuous evolution: Partnering with our Outbound Centre of Excellence to sharpen your pitch and master the art of the "first impression."

What You’ll Bring

We aren't looking for years of SaaS experience, we are looking for spark, grit, and personality. You’re a great fit if:

  • The Graduate: You’ve recently finished your degree and are hungry to prove yourself in a fast-paced environment.

  • The Connector: You have 6–12 months of experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality and are ready to trade "service" for "sales."

  • The Resilient Learner: You have thick skin, a positive attitude, and you see "no" as just a detour on the way to a "yes."

  • The High Energy Pro: You bring a "vibe" to the office that makes people want to work with you.
