About the location:

Occupying the top floors of a landmark 39-floor tower, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi seamlessly blends modern high-style design with classical Japanese elements. From tasteful event venues to dynamic dining and drinking spaces, the Hotel offers a unique experience that is distinctively Four Seasons. The Hotel boasts a prime location above Otemachi Station in Tokyo's prominent financial district, right next to the Imperial Palace. The SPA is a tranquil sky-high sanctuary, complete with water features: vitality pools, mist chairs, and traditional Japanese ofuro baths. Dining options range from est, a Michelin-starred contemporary French restaurant, to PIGNETO, which serves authentic Italian cuisine with an al fresco terrace. VIRTÙ, listed on Asia's 50 Best Bars, is an immersive concept bar that harmoniously blends the drinking cultures of two iconic capitals, Paris and Tokyo. About the role

The Senior Revenue Analyst will support revenue management for two Four Seasons hotels in Tokyo, ensuring optimized pricing, inventory management, and revenue maximization across multiple market segments. Reporting to the Regional Director of Revenue Management, this role requires strong analytical expertise, market intelligence, and collaboration across departments to align revenue performance with Four Seasons’ guest-centric approach.

What you will do

  • Support revenue management for two Four Seasons properties in Tokyo by assisting with pricing, inventory control, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze historical trends, market demand, and competitor pricing to provide revenue recommendations.
  • Strategic Pricing & Inventory Control: Implement dynamic pricing strategies, revenue segmentation, and inventory controls to drive maximum profitability while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Luxury Guest-Centric Approach: Balance revenue strategies with guest experience and long-term relationship-building, ensuring that pricing aligns with the brand’s reputation for personalized luxury.
  • Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Reservations, and Operations to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare revenue performance reports, pickup analysis, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking for both properties.
  • System & Distribution Optimization: Manage and optimize Four Seasons’ revenue management systems (IDeaS, Opera, STR, and GDS) and ensure accurate setup, pricing, and availability across distribution channels.
  • Support the Regional Director of Revenue Management: Provide analytical support for strategic projects, budget planning, and ad-hoc revenue initiatives.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales, marketing, or a related field (luxury hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with revenue management systems (IDeaS, Opera, STR, and GDS) is a plus.
  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality market trends, distribution channels (OTA, GDS, direct bookings), and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Ability to speak and write in English.
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex revenue strategies across multiple properties.

Schedule & Hours:

•     40 working hours per week. 

•     10 days off every month except February (9 days
